Pricing
Our simple, affordable storage pricing system makes it easy for you to know exactly how much you will be paying for your storage. Each item that you store will fall under one of five pricing categories.
All prices shown are per item for an entire summer or semester. When you sign up for storage you get free boxes* and tape delivered to you, pickup and delivery of your items, storage in our clean and secure facility, and insurance for each item that you store.
*You will receive 6 complimentary boxes (2 of each size) when you sign-up. Extra boxes are available upon request.

Small Items
$40/Summer
Small items and boxes are $40 for the entire summer. A small box is 16”x12”x12” and is ideal for storing books and office supplies. Click HERE for a full itemized pricing list.
Medium Items
$50/Summer
Medium items and boxes are $50 for the entire summer. A medium box is 18”x18”x16” and is ideal for storing dishes and other miscellaneous items that will not fit in a small box. Click HERE for a full itemized pricing list.
Large Items
$60/Summer
Large items and boxes are $60 for the entire summer. A large box is 18”x18”x24” and is ideal for storing clothes, bedding, and other large items that will not fit in any of the other smaller boxes. Click HERE for a full itemized pricing list.
Extra Large Items
$75/Summer
Extra Large items are $75 for the entire summer. Extra Large items are typically any items that require more than one person to carry (and bikes). Extra Large items include wardrobe boxes, bicycles, most dorm fridges, coffee tables, and mattresses. Click HERE for a full itemized pricing list.
Oversized Items
$120/Summer
Oversized items are $120 for the entire summer. Oversized items are typically large furniture items, that may come in multiple pieces or are heavy and difficult to move. These items include couches, futons, armoires, and oversized desks and dressers. King and California King mattresses are considered oversized items as well. Additional Information
When we pick up your belongings, you will receive a one-time charge for a full summer or semester. Payment is due on the day of pick-up.
“Free Pick-up and Delivery” refers to pick-up and delivery from the ground level (lobby/curbside) of your building. If you would like us to retrieve/deliver your belongings directly from your room, it is a $40 flat rate for us to do so.
Boxes that are over-packed (Bulging at the sides and/or cannot be shut completely flat) will be classified as the next size up.
There is a minimum order charge of $150. Orders that total less than that amount will still be charged the $150 minimum.
