Itemized Pricing List

The following prices refer to storage for a full summer or semester.

Listed pricing includes supplies, pick-up, storage, and delivery.

Boxes:

These are the boxes that we will supply to you for free when you sign up (2 of each size). Please label all 4 sides with your name and confirmation number.

  • Small Box (12″ x 12″ x 16″) – $40 for the whole summer
  • Medium Box (18″ x 18″ x 16″) – $50 for the whole summer
  • Large Box (18″ x 18″ x 24″) – $60 for the whole summer

Your own Boxes:

While we highly recommend that you use the boxes we provide (we’ll give you as many as you need), you are welcome to use any box you already have for storage. They will be priced according to size.

  • Small box (similar to 16 x 12 x 12 inches) – $40
  • Medium box (similar to 18 x 18 x 16 inches) – $50
  • Large box (similar to 18 x 18 x 24 inches) – $60
  • XL/Wardrobe Boxes (70 lb weight limit) – $75

Plastic Containers:

Many students have plastic storage containers. Save yourself some money and fill these up, cutting down on the amount of extra boxes you need! They do not need to be boxed. Pack them full of your items, tape securely shut, and label at least one side and the top.

  • Small plastic container and towers-(similar to 16 x 12 x 12 inches) – $40
  • Medium plastic containers and towers -(similar to 18 x 18 x 16 inches) – $50
  • Large plastic containers and towers – (similar to 18 x 18 x 24 inches) – $60
  • Plastic Towers, Tubs & XL Containers ( Over 9,000 inches cubed) – $75

Electrical Items & Appliances:

  • Dorm Fridge – $75
  • Microwave – $40
  • Fans – $40-$60 (Depending on size)
  • Printers – $40

Televisions:

  • 30 inch or less – $50
  • Over 30 inch – $60
  • Over 50 inch – $75
  • TV’s must have any stands dismounted and must be in a box prior to going in storage. If you have the original box, please use it.
  • If you do not have the original box, you must purchase and use one of these.

Musical & Sporting Equipment:

  • Bikes – $75
  • Snowboard/Skis – $50
  • Golf Clubs – $60
  • Skateboard/Longboard – $40
  • Guitars (Must be packaged in a hard case) – $50
  • Keyboards – $60-$75 (depending on size)

Beds & Futons:

  • Mattress – $75 (Comes with complimentary mattress covers)
  • Box Spring – $75
  • Metal Folding Bed Frame – $60
  • Wooden Bed Frame (Multiple Pieces) – $75

  • *Bed Frame Assembly/Disassembly is not available. Frame must be disassembled prior to pickup.

Additional Pricing Information

  • There is a $150 minimum order charge. Orders that total less than that amount will still be charged the minimum of $150.
  • Over-packed boxes (sides bulging out, top/bottom not flat and securely shut) will be priced as the next size up.
  • The minimum price per item that is not in a box is $40. Certain items (i.e. brooms/mops, small shoe racks, laundry baskets, etc…) may be cheaper to purchase new than to store.
  • “Free Pick-Up and Delivery” refers to pick-up/delivery from the ground floor (lobby/curbside) of your building. Pick-up and delivery directly to/from your room is a $40 flat fee.
  • Bed frames and furniture that need to be disassembled to fit through the doorway must be taken apart prior to your scheduled pick-up. We do not offer assembly/disassembly services.
  • We do not offer packing services. Orders not packed and ready for pick-up may not be picked up, or may be subject to a $100 packing fee.
  • Plastic storage containers do not need to be stored empty. You can store them full as long as they shut securely. We recommend taping them shut as well.
  • TV’s must be packaged in their original box. If you do not have the original box, we recommend using one of these.
  • No-shows and day-of cancellations/reschedules will be charged a $75 fee.
  • Each box/item is insured up to $100 *Particle board furniture and unboxed TVs are not covered for damage*.
  • NAU/U of A pick-ups and deliveries scheduled outside of the “free” dates listed on the “Schedules” page are subject to an added $200 fee.
  • Pick-ups/Deliveries outside a radius of 5 miles from campus are subject to an additional fee.

Labeling Your Items

  • Please ensure that each item you store is labeled with your last name and confirmation number (received after you sign up). Boxes must be labeled on all 4 sides and the top. There is a $5 labeling fee for each item not labeled.
