How It Works

Sign up online (here) at any time. We do ask for a $25 reservation deposit when you sign up. The deposit is credited towards the final cost, it is not an extra charge.

3-6 days before your scheduled pickup date, we will stop by your residence and hand deliver boxes, tape, and a marker to you, all at no extra cost! We can also answer any questions you may have about a certain item before storing it or give you any moving tips that might be necessary before you move out.

Pack your things in the boxes we provided, along with any other boxes or containers you have. Label all your things with your name and confirmation number. Don’t worry if something you have is too big to fit in a box, we can still store it as is!

We’ll pick up your belongings at your residence on the date that you requested on the ‘Sign Up’ page. Pick up is free from the ground level of your residence. If you would prefer that we come up to your room to gather your belongings, we can do that as well. In-room pickup is a flat fee of $40. During pickup, our crew members will take inventory of your belongings, assure that they are labeled and packed correctly, and load them safely onto our truck. You will receive a copy of the inventory of your items to keep for your records. This will also serve as a receipt, and show you the total price of storage for the summer.

We care about your belongings. Everything we pick up will be kept in our clean, secure storage facility. Because we offer both college summer storage and winter storage, your things can be stored for as little or as long as you’d like.

Go to our Contact Us page (here) and fill out the necessary information to schedule a delivery date. We’ll then drop your things off to you at your new place on the day you select, for free*! To ensure your things are delivered right when you want them, we require at least 10 days’ notice. *Free delivery at Northern Arizona University and University of Arizona only on specified free-of-charge delivery dates found on the School Schedule Page. Free delivery only to curbside of your building or residence. In-Room delivery is $40. *Customer pick-up directly from our storage facility is not available.
