Pick-Up & Delivery Schedule – NAU

*For summer 2024 pick-ups at Northern Arizona University, complimentary boxes and tape will be delivered to you at your residence on Sunday, May 5th.

*Free-of-charge pickup dates for the spring semester will be available Tuesday, May 7th; Wednesday, May 8th; and Thursday, May 9th.

*Free-of-charge delivery dates for the following fall semester will be available Thursday, August 22nd; Friday, August 23rd; Saturday, August 24th.

*Pick-ups and deliveries scheduled outside of these dates may be subject to a transportation fee of up to $200.

Restricted Dates:

Pickups at NAU are not available on the following dates: 4/27-5/6

Deliveries at NAU are not available on the following dates: 8/16-08/21

*Upon signing up, you will select a date and a 3-hour time window that you would like your things picked up within. While our drivers may arrive at any time during that window, we ask that you please have your things packed and ready to go at the beginning of the pick-up window, as it takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes to complete a pick-up. Our drivers will contact you when they are on the way to your residence.

*Free pick-up and delivery refers to curbside pick-up/delivery only. In-room pickups and deliveries are $40 on each end.

*Pick-up and delivery dates are subject to availability. Please check back to this page for updates on available/unavailable days. We do not allow, under any circumstance, customer drop-offs or pick-ups directly at our facility.
