Pick-Up & Delivery Schedule – ASU

*For students at Arizona State University, all pick-up and delivery days outside of the Restricted Dates listed below are “free-of-charge” days. That means that your pick-up and delivery is free, no matter which day you choose!

*Most ASU students have their belongings picked up during Finals Week (April 29th-May 4th), but pickups are also available before and after Finals Week.

*For summer 2024 pick-ups at Arizona State University, boxes and tape will be delivered to you at your residence on Saturday, April 27th. If you will need your supplies before that date, please let us know! 

Restricted Dates: 

Pickups at ASU are not available on the following dates: 5/5, 5/7-10

Deliveries at ASU are not available on the following dates: 8/22-8/24

*Upon signing up, you will select a date and a 3-hour time window that you would like your things picked up within. While our drivers may arrive at any time during that window, we ask that you please have your things packed and ready to go at the beginning of the pick-up window, as it takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes to complete a pick-up. Our drivers will contact you when they are on the way to your residence.

*Free pick-up and delivery refers to curbside pick-up/delivery only. In-room pickups and deliveries are $40 on each end.

*Pick-up and delivery dates are subject to availability. Please check back to this page for updates on available/unavailable days. We do not allow, under any circumstance, customer drop-offs or pick-ups directly at our facility.

*Pick-ups and deliveries at the ASU West and Polytechnic campuses are not available.
